SOLID ZC 900 is a two component, solvent based, top coat glossy metal surface paint.
AMBIENT CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and 35°C. Application should not be made in cases where the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature must be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point to avoid surface condensation.
It should be known that the consumption will increase in the application to be made in windy weather. The surface temperature should be minimum -5°C and maximum 45°C.
PACKAGING
It is 20 kg in total in two-component kits.
A bucket of SOLID ZC 900 A Component is 17.00 kg net. A bucket of SOLID ZC 900 Hardener B Component is 3.00 kg net.
SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place in its original packaging. The storage life of the material in the unopened package is 12 months for the A and B components.

The minimum safety rules required are as follows.
• Skin and eye contact of paint should be prevented by using gloves, safety glasses, face mask and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation should be provided during the application and until the paint dries.
• If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If splashing occurs in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• Since these types of materials contain flammable components, sparks and naked flames should be avoided. Smoking should not be allowed in the area.
• All warning notes on buckets should be read carefully and recommended operating rules should be followed.

SOLID ZC 900 is an epoxy resin based, two component, top coat metal surface paint. It is a two-component paint that is waterproof, resistant to chemicals, resistant to impact and friction, easy to clean, hygienic, used on tanks and metals.
It is the solvent type of the top coat paint group. Since it contains anti-rust pigments, its usage area is wide. Its physical and chemical resistance is excellent. It is a product that can be cured at low temperatures, has high performance in terms of anticorrosive properties, and can be used where fast overcoat and drying time is required.

NOTE: As the application thickness increases, the drying time also increases.
Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is removed. Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned with the help of a spiral machine, the application is made with a brush, roller or gun. Masks should be used in spraying exercises. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, confined spaces.
Use of the Product
Before SOLID ZC 900 is used, its components are mixed separately. Then, a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. If necessary, it can be thinned with SOLID6561 Epoxy Thinner. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. Paint temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required in very long spray hoses and paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This may lead to lower film thickness and longer drying time.
The application is made with a brush, roller or gun. Masks should be used in spraying exercises. Especially in small and closed places, very good ventilation should be done.
