AMBIENT CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be done when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. In order to avoid surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point. It should be known that consumption will increase in applications made at low temperatures. Surface temperature should be at least +5°C and no more than 45°C.

A gallon of SOLID 800 METALLIC/MOTHER OF PEARL EPOXY Hardener Component B is 4.95 kg net.

SHELF LIFE
Material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. The storage life of the material in unopened packaging is 12 months for components A and B.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION

• Skin and eye contact of the paint should be prevented by using gloves, protective glasses, face mask, and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation should be provided during application and until the paint dries.
• If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial type cleaner. If it splashes into the eyes
, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• All warning notes on the buckets should be read carefully and the recommended working rules should be followed.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned from dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is cleaned. Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards. A mask must be used during spraying applications. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, closed areas.
Using the Product
SOLID 800 METALLIC/MOTHER OF PEARL EPOXY is mixed thoroughly before use. Then, a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. To prevent condensation, apply only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The polish temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be necessary in very long spray hoses and at temperatures lower than 15°C. This may result in lower film thickness and longer drying times.
Application method; brush, roller or gun. A mask should be used in applications made by spraying.
