SOLID GRN 785 TX Two component, solvent free epoxy resin based, orange peel patterned epoxy top coat.
APPLICATION ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be made in cases where the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature must be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point to avoid surface condensation.
It should be known that the consumption will increase in the application to be made at low temperatures. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and maximum 45°C high.
PACKAGING
A bucket of SOLID GRN 785 TX Component A is 17.20 kg net.
One gallon of SOLID GRN 785 TX Component B of Hardener is 2.80 kg net.
SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place in its original packaging. The storage life of the material in the unopened package is 12 months for the A and B components.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the MSDS form (Material Safety Data Sheet) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules to be followed are as follows.
• The skin and eye contact of the product should be prevented by using gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation must be provided during the application and until the paint dries.
• If the product comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If splashing occurs in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• All warning notes on buckets should be read carefully and recommended operating rules should be followed.

Surface Preparation
The drill surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is removed. Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ norms. Masks should be used in spraying exercises. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, confined spaces.
Use of the Product
Before using SOLID GRN785, its components are thoroughly mixed separately. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. Paint temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required for very long spray hoses and paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This can result in lower film thickness and longer drying times.
