SOLID RL 685 is an acrylic resin-based, water-based, breathable, highly resistant primer for tennis courts. It is designed for tennis courts, basketball, and volleyball courts.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
SOLID RL 685 is available in 25 kg plastic barrels and 50 kg plastic buckets. The material should be stored in a dry environment, protected from sunlight, rain, extreme heat, and cold. Unopened packages can be stored for up to 12 months.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be carried out when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. To prevent surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3-5°C above the dew point.
It should be noted that consumption will increase in low temperatures. Surface temperature should be at least +5°C and at most 45°C.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Asphalt Surface:
Old Asphalt Surface: The surface is cleaned from dust, dirt, and foreign materials. If the surface to be repaired will be repaired with fresh asphalt, it is heated with a red-hot iron and ensured to fuse with the hot asphalt to be applied. After the repair process is carried out, a capillary washing with 6 bar pressure is done after the surface is completely dry.
New Asphalt Surface: Before preparing a new asphalt surface, the underlying surface needs to be corrected with a fill material containing 5% moisture that can be compacted. After the surface leveling process, covering with Geotextile is done before asphalt. If the Geotextile surface is risky, 120 gr/m² is applied; otherwise, 80 gr/m² is applied. After the Geotextile application, asphalt application is made, and necessary slope is provided according to the standards. After asphalt application, it is left to dry completely for 14 days. After the waiting period, a capillary washing with 6 bar pressure is done to remove accumulated dirt and foreign materials from the surface.
Concrete Surface:
Surface is cleaned from dust, dirt, and foreign materials. If the surface to be repaired requires high filling, it is repaired with SOLID WET 365.
APPLICATION METHOD
SOLID RL 685 is applied with a roller or gelberi on a previously prepared surface according to the application detail and sequence.
