SOLID 703 1K LINE PAINT - WATER-BASED ACRYLIC LINE PAINT is a single-component, acrylic resin-based, high-adhesion line paint.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +5°C and 35°C. Application should not be done when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. Surface temperature should be at least 3-5°C above the dew point to prevent surface condensation.
In windy conditions, it should be noted that consumption will increase. Surface temperature should be at least -5°C and a maximum of 45°C.

SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. The storage life of the unopened package is 12 months.

WATER-BASED ACRYLIC LINE PAINT is particularly used on surfaces with a heavy industrial atmosphere, where fast drying is desired, and high corrosion resistance is required.
WATER-BASED ACRYLIC LINE PAINT is used in marking open lines on concrete and asphalt roads, in open basketball courts, for marking edges on bicycle paths. It is an acrylic water-based road marking paint with high adhesion strength and abrasion resistance.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is thoroughly cleaned of dirt, oil, and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is removed. Rust and scales on the surface are cleaned according to SA 2 ½ standards using a diamond grinding machine. Application is done with a brush, roller, or spray gun. When applying by spraying, a mask should be used, especially in small enclosed spaces where very good ventilation is required.
WATER-BASED ACRYLIC LINE PAINT components are thoroughly mixed before use. Then, a homogeneous mixture is made with its hardener. It can be thinned with pure water if necessary. To prevent condensation, it should be applied to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The paint temperature should be between 20-35°C. Thinning may be required for very long spray hoses and at paint temperatures below 15°C. This situation may lead to thinner film thickness and longer drying times.
Application is done with a brush, roller, or spray gun. When applying by spraying, a mask should be used, especially in small enclosed spaces where very good ventilation is required.
