SOLID RL 550 is an acrylic emulsion-based, water-based, flexible coating material containing 1 mm-sized rubber granules. It is used to adjust the surface flexibility, game speed, and to create a more flexible surface, reducing the feeling of fatigue by applying between 2 to 7 layers.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
SOLID RL 550 is available in 25 kg plastic barrels and 60 kg plastic buckets. The material should be stored in a dry environment, protected from the adverse effects of sun, rain, extreme heat, and cold. It can be stored for 12 months in unopened packages.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +15°C and +35°C. Application should not be done when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. Surface temperature should be at least 3-5°C above the dew point to prevent surface condensation.
It should be noted that consumption will increase during application at low temperatures. Surface temperature should be at least +5°C and at most 45°C.

SOLID RL 550 is a Cushion acrylic emulsion-based water-based tennis court coating. When used with Cushion-0500, it adjusts the system's speed and flexibility based on the number of application layers.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Asphalt Surface:
Existing Asphalt Surface: The surface is cleaned of dust, dirt, and foreign materials. If the surface to be repaired will be repaired with fresh asphalt, the lower surface is heated with pumice and bonded with hot incoming asphalt. After the repair process is completed, the surface is thoroughly dried, followed by a capillary wash with 6-bar pressurized water.
New Asphalt Surface: Before preparing a new asphalt surface, the lower surface should be compacted and adjusted with a filling material containing 5% moisture. After surface leveling, it is covered with Geotextile before asphalt. If the Geotextile surface is at risk, apply 120 gr/m², otherwise, apply 80 gr/m². After Geotextile application, asphalt is applied and the necessary slope is given according to the standards. After asphalt application, wait for 14 days for complete drying. After the waiting period, a capillary wash with 6-bar pressurized water is done to remove accumulated dirt and foreign materials.
Concrete Surface:
The surface is cleaned of dust, dirt, and foreign materials. If the surface requires high filling, repair it with REAL WET 365.
APPLICATION METHOD
SOLID RL 550, is applied with a gelber diluted with 30-40% water.
