AMBIENT CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and 35°C. Application should not be made in cases where the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature must be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point to avoid surface condensation.
It should be known that the consumption will increase in the application to be made in windy weather. The surface temperature should be minimum -5°C and maximum 45°C.
PACKAGING
A bucket of EPOXY PAINT 180 Component A is 16.00 kg net.
One gallon of EPOXY PAINT 180 Hardener B Component is 4.00 kg net.
SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place in its original packaging. The storage life of the material in the unopened package is 12 months for the A and B components.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the MSDS form (Material Safety Data Sheet) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules to be followed are as follows.
• Skin and eye contact of paint should be prevented by using gloves, safety glasses, face mask and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation should be provided during the application and until the paint dries.
• If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If splashing occurs in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• Since these types of materials contain flammable components, sparks and naked flames should be avoided. Smoking should not be allowed in the area.
• All warning notes on buckets should be read carefully and recommended operating rules should be followed.

EPOXY PAINT 180 It is used in factories, assembly workshops, warehouses, aircraft hangars, stores, parking lots, food facilities, water tanks, hospitals, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, power plants, units where hygiene is required, surfaces with plaster application, all industrial areas. High abrasion resistance, easy to clean, solvent-free epoxy topcoat.
It is the solvent-free type of the epoxy topcoat paint group. Since it contains anti-rust pigments, its usage area is wide. Its physical and chemical resistance is excellent. It is a product that can be cured at low temperatures, with high performance in terms of anticorrosive properties, and can be used where fast overcoat and drying time is required.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is removed. Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine in accordance with SA 2 ½ norms, the drill is done with a brush, roller or gun. Masks should be used in spraying exercises. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, confined spaces.
Use of the Product
Before using EPOXY PAINT 180, its components are mixed thoroughly. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. If necessary, it can be thinned with REAL6561 Epoxy Thinner. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. Paint temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required for very long spray hoses and paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This can result in lower film thickness and longer drying times.
The application is made with a brush, roller or gun. Masks should be used in spraying exercises. Especially in small and closed places, very good ventilation should be done.
