PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SOLID SC 352 is an epoxy resin-based, solvent-free, semi-gloss top coat product.

AMBIENT CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be made in cases where the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature must be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point to avoid surface condensation.

It should be known that the consumption will increase in the application to be made at low temperatures. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and maximum 45°C high.

PACKAGING

Total 20 kg in two-component kits.

A bucket of SOLID SC 352 A Component is 15.00 kg net.
A bucket of SOLID SC 352 Hardener B Component is 5.00 kg net.

SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place in its original packaging. The storage life of the material in the unopened package is 12 months for components A and B.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the MSDS form (Material Safety Data Sheet) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules to be followed are as follows.
•   The skin and eye contact of the paint should be prevented by using gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and industrial cream.
•   Adequate air circulation must be provided during the application and until the paint dries.
•   If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If splashing occurs in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
•   All warning notes on buckets should be read carefully and recommended operating rules should be followed.

Usage Areas

- SOLID SC 352, This flooring system offers perfectly smooth surfaces in all colours.
- SC 352 usage areas; It is used as the carrier topcoat of the antistatic (ESD) floor coating system on industrial floors, hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, production and warehouses, in areas with sensitive electrical and electronic equipment and in areas with explosion risk.

- Electrostatic Response, Ground resistance Rg<106 ohm ( IEC 61340-4-1) Average ground resistance 104 ≤ Rg ≤ 106 ohm ( IEC 61340-4-1)
- There must be a distance of at least 50 cm between the conductivity measurement points on the floor.
- If there are points with insufficient results during the measurement, additional measurements should be made within 50 cm of these points.
- The conductivity test measurements of the ground (< 35 MΏ (IEC 61340-4-1)) are acceptable values in the measurement area.

Application Information

Surface Preparation, The surfaces to be applied must be free from oil, dust and dirt. Free parts on the surface, cement grout on concrete surfaces and parts that prevent adhesion should be cleaned.

SOLID SC 352, its components are thoroughly mixed before use. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. The product temperature should be 20-35°C.
