SOLID ES 300, two-component, solvent-based antistatic varnish

AMBIENT CONDITIONS

Ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be made in cases where the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature must be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point to avoid surface condensation.

It should be known that the consumption will increase in the application to be made at low temperatures. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and maximum 45°C high.

PACKAGING

Total 15 kg in two-component kits.

A bucket of SOLID ES 300 A Component is 10.50 kg net.
A bucket of SOLID ES 300 Hardener B Component is 4.50 kg net.

SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place in its original packaging. The storage life of the material in the unopened package is 12 months for the A and B components.

HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the MSDS form (Material Safety Data Sheet) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules to be followed are as follows.
•   The skin and eye contact of the product should be prevented by using gloves, safety glasses, face mask and industrial cream.
•   Adequate air circulation must be provided during the application and until the paint dries.
•   If the product comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If splashing occurs in the eyes, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
•   All warning notes on buckets should be read carefully and recommended operating rules should be followed.

Application Information

Dirt or detergent residues on the surface are cleaned with rotary machines, the area is dried, and then the application is started.

SOLID ES 300 is an antistatic lacquer product that is used to help it return to its first day performance by applying one or two coats for areas/floors that had previously been made of epoxy or PVC and have lost their ESD feature.
