Surface Preparation
The drill surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted, surfaces) is removed. Surface rust and flaps, SA 2 ½ It is cleaned by diamond-tipped machine according to the norms. Masks should be used in exercises performed by spraying. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, confined spaces.
Usage of the Product
Before using SOLID RESIN 380 UV, its components are thoroughly mixed separately. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the spindle point to prevent condensation. The polish temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required for very long spray hoses and at temperatures below 15°C. This can lead to lower film thickness and longer drying times.
Application method; brush, roller or gun is done with. Masks should be used in applications made by spraying.
