SOLID RESIN 375 ULTRA UV is a high-gloss epoxy resin based finishing product developed for thin casting and decorative topcoat applications. Thanks to its transparent structure, it preserves the natural appearance of the treated surface, while its UV-resistant formula helps reduce discoloration and yellowing over time.
The product can be applied as a final gloss coat over epoxy and similar coating systems. It is suitable for decorative flooring and coating applications, UV-exposed surfaces, areas where the natural appearance should be preserved, and interior decorative uses. It offers a practical and aesthetic solution for ceramic, marble, concrete and similar surfaces requiring thin casting and a protective glossy finish.

The material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. Shelf life in unopened packaging is 12 months for both Component A and Component B.
SOLID RESIN 375 ULTRA UV is an epoxy resin-based, UV-resistant, non-yellowing transparent topcoat developed for thin casting and protective gloss applications. It can be used as a final varnish layer over epoxy and similar coating systems and helps preserve the natural appearance of decorative surfaces.
The product has a density of approximately 1.20 ± 0.05 and a solid content of 98 ± 2% by weight. This two-component system is mixed at a ratio of 67:33 by weight. Its pot life is approximately 20-25 minutes at 20°C. It can be applied by trowel, brush and roller; the technical sheet also mentions spray application.
Based on 100 micron DFT/WFT data, the theoretical consumption is approximately 0.600 kg/m². Full curing is achieved in approximately 4-10 days at 20°C. The substrate must be dry, clean, dust-free and free from moisture. The product is suitable for thin casting and gloss applications on ceramic, marble, concrete and similar surfaces.

The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust. Before application, the surface should be lightly wiped to remove dirt and particles. It must be ensured that the casting surface is completely free from moisture. Moist surfaces may negatively affect product performance and cause surface defects. The product is suitable for casting applications on ceramic, marble, concrete and similar surfaces.
Mixing and Preparation: Before use, Component A and Component B of SOLID RESIN 375 ULTRA UV should be mixed separately, then combined with its own hardener until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Application Rate: On minimally prepared surfaces, the product should be applied at 0.600 kg/m².
Application Method: The product can be applied by trowel, roller or spray gun.
After Application: Air bubbles that may form on the surface after application should be removed with a torch. It is recommended to use a mask during spray application.
