PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SOLID PU SLF 116 is a glossy top coat coating product based on polyurethane resin.
PACKAGING
One bucket of SOLID PU SLF 116 Component A is net 16.00 kg.
One gallon of SOLID PU SLF 116 Hardener Component B is net 4.00 kg.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be made when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. The surface temperature should be at least 3-5°C above the dew point to prevent surface condensation.
It should be known that consumption will increase in applications at low temperatures. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and at most 45°C.
SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. The storage life of the unopened package is 12 months for components A and B.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules to be followed are as follows:
• Skin and eye contact with the paint should be prevented by using gloves, protective goggles, face mask, and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation should be provided during application and until the paint is dry.
• If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial type cleaner. If splashed into the eyes, they should be rinsed with water for at least 10 minutes, and medical help should be obtained.
• All cautionary notes on the buckets should be read carefully, and the recommended working rules should be followed.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil, and grease. Loose old paint (previously painted surfaces) is cleaned. Rust and scales on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards. When applying with spraying, a mask must be used. Particularly in small, enclosed spaces, good ventilation is required.
Product Use
SOLID PU SLF 116 components are thoroughly mixed separately before use. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. It is applied to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point to prevent condensation. The paint temperature should be between 20-35°C. Thinning may be required in very long spray hoses and at paint temperatures below 15°C. This can lead to thinner film thickness and longer drying times.
Application can be done with a brush, roller, or spray gun. When applying with a sprayer, a mask must be used.
