AMBIENT CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature should be between +5°C and 35°C. Application should not be done when relative humidity exceeds 80%.
To avoid surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point.
It should be known that consumption will increase in applications made in windy weather. Surface temperature should be at least -5°C and at most 45°C.

SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. The storage life of the material in unopened packaging is 16.00 kg net. 12 months for A and B components.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read the MSDS form (Material Safety Data Sheet) for necessary safety rules and warnings. The minimum safety rules that must be followed are as follows.
• Skin and eye contact of the paint should be prevented by using gloves, protective glasses, face mask, and industrial cream.
• Adequate air circulation should be provided during application and until the paint dries.
• If the paint comes into contact with the skin, it should be washed with warm water and soap or an industrial type cleaner. E If it splashes into the eyes
, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
• Since these types of materials contain flammable components, sparks and naked flames should be avoided. Smoking should not be allowed in the area.
• All warning notes on the buckets should be read carefully and the recommended working rules should be followed.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned from dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted surfaces) is cleaned.
Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned with a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards. Application is done with a brush, roller or gun.
A mask should be used in applications made with spraying. Especially in small, closed areas, very good
ventilation is required.
Using the product SOLID PU ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE PAINT, its components are mixed thoroughly separately before use. Then,
a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. If necessary, it is diluted with REAL6561 Epoxy thinner. To prevent condensation, it is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The paint temperature should be 20-35°C
. Thinning may be required in very long spray hoses and at paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This may lead to lower film thickness and longer drying times.
Application is done with a brush, roller or gun. A mask should be used in applications made by spraying. Especially in small and
