Surface Preparation
The drill surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old paint (on previously painted, surfaces) is removed. Surface rust and flaps, SA 2 ½ It is cleaned by diamond-tipped machine according to the norms. Masks should be used in exercises performed by spraying. Very good ventilation is required, especially in small, confined spaces.
Use of the Product
Before Using REAL RESIN 360 The components are thoroughly mixed separately. Then a homogeneous mixture is made with its own hardener. It is applied only to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the spindle point to prevent condensation. Paint temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required on very long spray hoses and paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This can lead to lower film thickness and longer drying times.
Application method; It is done with a brush, roller or gun. Masks should be used in applications made by spraying.
