PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SOLID 810, It is a two-component, transparent water insulation material that can be easily applied to various surfaces such as water insulation, ceramic, marble, granite, tile, natural stone, concrete, resistant to UV rays, chemical and physical effects. It can be used for water insulation and decorative purposes. It forms a transparent, elastic and seamless layer after drying.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +15°C and 35°C. Application should not be done when the relative humidity exceeds 80%. In order to prevent surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3-5 °C above the dew point.
It should be known that consumption will increase in applications to be made at low temperatures. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and at most 45°C.
APPLICATION FEATURES
•It provides waterproof properties and an aesthetic coating.
•It can be applied directly without requiring a primer.
•It is resistant to UV rays and is not affected by external factors.
•It easily solves insulation problems on floors without damaging the existing coating.
•It creates a transparent insulation layer.
•It has high adhesion capacity on a glossy surface.

SOLID 810 2K TRANSPARENT WATER INSULATION PRODUCT
It is used for water sealing on tile surfaces such as terraces, balconies, bathrooms, kitchens, and in outdoor areas such as roofs, facades and pools. UYGULAMA: The surfaces to be applied must be completely free of residues such as oil, dirt, dust and rust, clean and dry. In order to ensure good adhesion to the surface, cleaning must be done meticulously. Then, all of the B component must be added to the A component and mixed thoroughly in the specified proportions. The life of the mixture is approximately 25 minutes. The prepared mixture can be applied with a brush, roller or spray gun.

Surface Preparation
The application surface is carefully cleaned of dirt, oil and grease. Loose old concrete pieces are cleaned from the surfaces. Rust and burrs on the surface are cleaned using a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards.
Use of the Product
SOLID 810 components are thoroughly mixed separately before use. Then a homogenous mixture is made with its own hardener. To prevent condensation, it is applied only on a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The binder temperature should be 20-35°C. Thinning may be required with very long spray hoses and paint temperatures lower than 15°C. This may lead to lower film thickness and longer drying time.
Application method; depending on the type of stone, the amount required is determined by the applying dealer.
