PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SOLID 350 QFC is a UV-resistant, two-component, aliphatic resin-based, low-viscosity stone binder material.
APPLICATION:
The concrete surface with properly given slopes should first be cleaned of all dust, dirt, and moisture. Then, one coat of QCF Binder is applied to the surface with rollers as a primer. The purpose of the primer is to ensure strong adhesion between the concrete and the surface covering material. After the primer layer dries, 2–4 mm calibrated stone granules are first poured into the mixing vessel. Then, 6% of REAL 350 QFC is added and mixed for approximately 5 minutes. The mixed material is then transferred to the surface for spreading. The layer thickness formed from the stone granules depends on the weight of the poured stone per square meter. For example, to achieve a thickness of 8 mm, 19 kg of stone granules per m² should be used. The drying time of the layer at 25°C is approximately 10–15 hours. During this period, the surface must not be stepped on or entered. After application, for areas with heavy traffic, one coat of REAL 350 QFC can be applied with a roller.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The ambient temperature should be between +15°C and +35°C. Application should not be performed if the relative humidity exceeds 80%. To prevent surface condensation, the surface temperature should be at least 3–5°C above the dew point.
It should be noted that applications at lower temperatures will result in increased consumption. The surface temperature should be at least +5°C and at most +45°C.
PACKAGING
One bucket of SOLID 350 QFC Component A is net 10.50 kg.
One gallon of SOLID 350 QFC Hardener Component B is net 4.50 kg.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for required safety rules and warnings. Minimum safety precautions are as follows:
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes by using gloves, protective goggles, face mask, and industrial cream.
• Ensure sufficient air circulation during application and until the paint dries.
• In case of skin contact, wash with warm water and soap or an industrial cleaner. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse for at least 10 minutes with water and seek medical assistance.
• All warning labels on the buckets should be carefully read and recommended working procedures should be followed.
SHELF LIFE
The material should be stored in its original packaging in a cool and dry place. The shelf life in unopened packaging is 12 months for both components A and B.

Surface Preparation
The application surface should be carefully cleaned of dirt, oil, and grease. Loose and old concrete parts must be removed from the surface. Rust and burrs on the surface should be cleaned using a diamond-tipped machine according to SA 2 ½ standards.
Product Use
Before using SOLID 350 QFC, each component should be mixed thoroughly on its own. Then, a homogeneous mixture should be prepared with its hardener. To prevent condensation, it should be applied to a dry and clean surface with a temperature above the dew point. The binder temperature should be between 20–35°C. Thinning may be required for very long spray hoses or when the paint temperature is below 15°C. This situation may lead to a thinner film layer and longer drying time.
The application amount should be determined by the applicator depending on the type of stone used.
